Appointment scheduling for clients.
Able to handle all administrative duties including exhibition and logistics arrangement.
Able to handle dialects/Chinese speaking clients.
Good customer service.
Verify details to ensure error free.
Some labels, packing and returning of goods.
Ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
Highly Responsible, honest, patient, meticulous, willing to learn.
Able to work independently without supervision.
Bilingual, ability to read and write Chinese and English.
Knowledge of Hanyu Pinyin/Chinese software, PC literate.
5 days office hours, Locals & PR preferred.

Sales & Marketing officer (Full Time / Part Timers)
Job scope:
Self-starters and perform cold-calling.
Good knowledge of products, good selling techniques and promote products to customers.
Customer service oriented and good communication & negotiation skills.
Able to build a rapport with customers and understand their needs.
Invite local and overseas customers to our exhibition events and introduce our products.
Maintain existing and new customers database. Take initiatives to source for potential buyers.
Set and hit monthly sales target. Prepare monthly sales record.
Conduct market research and keep an eye on market trends.
Able to work independently without supervision.

Requirements:
Proven previous sales track records is a must.

Job scope:
Good communication skills and able to build good rapport with customers.
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
Expertise and good knowledge in Chinese History and rich culture, fine arts, Gems & jewelry, ancient arts, or others collectibles etc.
Perform consultation and valuation for personal property & other collectibles.
In-depth knowledge of the risk & security management.
Keep an eyes on market trends.
Understand the terms of consignment contract and able to explain clearly to customers.
Attend to customer related inquiries.
Able to handle challenging situations or difficult customers.
Ensure accuracy in illustrations and able to write report for collectibles based on standard policy.

Requirements:
PHD or Master degree in the field of expertise from a recognized university.
Past related experience will be an advantage.
Able to work independently without supervision.
Customer service oriented, good communication & negotiation skills.
Good writing skills.
